They got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I appreciated that there wasn’t any confusing back and forth, because that kind of hassle is totally preventable. Overall, the communication was simple, clear, and really easy.

I booked with Blushington and then ended up needing to cancel, so I reached out to ask about getting a refund.

They did refund me eventually, so I can’t really complain too much, but also I kind of am because it took a few emails and I kept feeling like I had to follow up. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just slower than I expected, even though maybe I was expecting it to be instant for no real reason.
I’d probably still book again since the refund did come through in the end, but I wish the refund details had been clearer upfront so I wasn’t wondering what was going on.

Well... my order from blushington was fine overall. The website was easy enough to use and my item showed up in good condition, so no real complaints there. It just took a few extra days to arrive compared to what I expected, and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not a bad experience, just average for me.

I booked blushington for my wedding makeup and I’m so glad I did. My artist showed up on time, had such a calm energy, and really listened when I said I wanted to feel polished but not overly done. She made me feel totally comfortable and confident, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day.
My makeup held up all day through happy tears, photos, and plenty of dancing. My bridesmaids looked beautiful too, but still completely like themselves. The whole booking process was easy, and I’d definitely recommend blushington to any bride who wants to feel taken care of without adding extra stress...

I’m giving 4 stars just to be fair because I did have to send one follow-up to make sure everything was confirmed. But overall, the service was friendly, quick, and easy, so I’d definitely feel comfortable booking again.

Feels solid. Nice quality. Better than I expected

The stylist was really nice and the hair looked okay when I left, but I wasn’t totally convinced about the quality. My curls started falling out quickly and it only looked good for a few hours. It wasn’t terrible, just not as amazing as I was hoping.

I booked a makeup appointment with Blushington and had such a good experience. The artist actually took the time to ask what I wanted, what my skin is like, and how I usually wear my makeup, which you’d think would be common sense, but it really does make a difference.
I wanted something soft but still nice enough for photos, and she totally got it. It still felt like me, just a little more polished. Booking online was simple too, which I appreciated. I’d definitely use them again

By the end of the night, my makeup still looked amazing after dinner and a lot of dancing. I got it done here earlier in the day and was surprised by how well it held up. I barely had to touch it up at all.

I went into blushington only looking for a blush, because of course I figured I’d have to run around to a bunch of places like I usually do. But I was surprised by how much they had, lip colors, brushes, skincare, and even some brands I don’t normally see everywhere.

The selection was easy to shop, which was a relief because I get overwhelmed fast and somehow I’m always the one stuck guessing shades by myself. They had enough options without making it feel like a whole ordeal, and the everyday shades were actually really nice.

I found what I needed quickly and still ended up grabbing a couple extra things, which feels rare for me because makeup shopping usually turns into a hassle. I’d definitely shop here again

I booked before a wedding because I had a feeling they’d do a good job, they pretty much proved me right. They got me ready right on time, which was a huge relief, and my makeup looked really nice in the photos. It also lasted all night, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Super easy visit overall, and I’d definitely go back.

I liked the style when I first did it, and even my sister said it looked cute, but it pretty much fell flat by dinner. I was hoping it would last a bit longer.

The studio seemed mostly clean to me. I wouldn’t say it was spotless, but it felt fine enough for the stay.
